"Django Unchained" actress, Daniele Watts, who accused cops of racially profiling her in L.A. for making out with her white boyfriend in a car last month, was formally charged with lewd conduct on Tuesday, along with her boyfriend #BrianJamesLucas.
Daniele was heard on an audio tape crying to her dad on the phone that she was being treated like a “criminal” for doing nothing wrong. She even posted her story on Facebook, claiming that she and Brian were simply “showing affection, fully clothed, in a public place.”
It turned out that she did far more than simply kiss Brian outside the CBS studios in Studio City. Multiples witnesses spotted the actress with her boobs fully exposed, having sex with him in their Mercedes in broad daylight.
Some of the eyewitnesses even took pics of them having sex with their car door open and the evidence was enough for cops to charge them with lewd conduct, which carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. The two are set to be arraigned on Nov. 13.
