FKA Twigs, attended the 2014 Mercury Prize Awards and posed with her Shortlist award at the event held at the Roundhouse in London on Wednesday, where she opened up about her relationship with Robert Pattinson.
The singer, (real name Tahlia Barnett) narrowly lost out to an Edinburgh-based hip-hop group called Young Fathers, whose debut studio album, Dead, was declared the best British or Irish record of the last 12 months.
Twigs was asked how her relationship with R-Patz was going and she replied: “Very good, thanks," but when asked about what makes a good relationship, she said: "I wouldn't take advice off me for relationships!"
Talking about her stage character, Twigs, who performed at the awards last night said: "I'm quite a shy person and I live in a constant state of shyness. My character on stage is a small part of my personality magnified.”
The stunner also said that she’s trying to cope with her rise to fame, adding: "I don't have Instagram or Twitter or any of those things on my phone and I don't really read things like that."
Meanwhile, R-Patz is planning to relocate to his England to find a new home with the British singer, according to UK's Grazia magazine.
