Wait, what??? Hefe Wine, who was recently sued by Iggy Azalea over stolen data from her computer, has filed for divorce from the rapper.
TMZ got hold of the court docs in which Hefe claims Iggy "agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on or about September, 2008."
Hefe also claims they were living together until last year. In Texas, couples who live together are considered legally married if they agree to be married and present themselves to others as husband and wife.
Hefe wants the judge to prevent Iggy from selling assets they accumulate during their marriage. If the judge recognizes their marriage, their assets including her music will be community property.
However, Iggy’s rep denied she was ever married to Hefe and that it was just an attempt to squeeze money out of her.
Meanwhile, on Monday Iggy was spotted with her current boyfriend #NickYoung, who is recovering from a thumb surgery. On Thursday, she was photo’d without make-up as she jetted out of LAX.
