Kid Rock surprised a fan named Dan McGurk, who has Down Syndrome, by showing up to his 30th birthday party recently. Dan posted a video on YouTube, inviting the star to his birthday party which took place at the Clarkston Union restaurant in Clarkston, Mich. on October 27.
