Bill Cosby will not be charged for sexually abusing Judy Huth at the #PlayboyMansion in 1974 when she was 15 years old.
Judy filed the lawsuit against Bill earlier this month but on Tuesday, prosecutors declined to file charges against the comedian because the statute of limitations had passed. At the time of the incident, the statute of limitations was three years and the crime was a misdemeanor.
Meanwhile, Bill's youngest daughter #EvinCosby defended him in a new statement to Access Hollywood on Tuesday.
"He is the FATHER you thought you knew. 'The Cosby Show' was my today's tv reality show. Thank you. That's all I would like to say :)," she said.
Evin also posted a message on her Facebook page about her dad’s situation. She wrote:
