Creed’s Scott Stapp thought he was a CIA agent sent to assassinate President Obama during his meltdown last month. TMZ just published an audio of the 911 call his estranged wife Jaclyn made when he went AWOL from a mental facility in November. She said she needed police assistance to bring him in for psychiatric treatment because he printed out 400 - 600 pages of CIA documents, which he found online, and took off on his bike.
