The actress was spotted kissing former “Wizards Of Waverly Place” star David DeLuise,43, outside Hugo's Restaurant in West Hollywood on Friday.The couple enjoyed a lunch date and left the restaurant hand-in-hand before openly hugging and smooching as they said goodbye.
