Eminem granted the last wish of a 17-year-old terminally ill fan named Gage Garmo on Sunday by visiting him at home. Gage was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer and was told that he only had a week left to live.
Late week, Gage‘s friends and family started a campaign with the hashtag #GetGageGarmoToMeetEminem on social media, in hopes of getting Eminem‘s attention, which they did. According to TMZ, Eminem went to Gage’s home in Michigan and spent two hours talking and hanging out with him.
Gage passed away on Monday night. May his soul rest in peace, amen.
