BB11

Bruce Jenner released a statement on Sunday and offered his “heartfelt and deepest sympathies” to the family of the woman who died after he crashed into her white Lexus on Saturday. The 65-year-old reality said (via People).

“My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”

Initial reports claimed that the crash was caused my paparazzi chasing Bruce but, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department stated: “There is no indication that Bruce Jenner was being chased by paparazzi at the time of the crash.”

And despite reports that police had issued a search warrant to look at Bruce's phone records to see if he was texting while driving, a source told People that he was not texting during the crash. Cops are still investigating the incident and want to interview everyone involved.
