Paula Patton has filed for divorce from Robin Thicke after almost nine years of marriage.

According to TMZ, in the court docs filed in Los Angeles, Paula cites irreconcilable differences and wants joint legal and physical custody of their four-year-old son Julian.

After their split in February, Robin made multiple public pleas to win Paula back and even named his new album after her. There were rumors that infidelity was involved but Robin recently admitted that she left him after he confessed to secretly abusing drugs and alcohol.

However, the divorce is said to be “harmonious” and amicable. Robin and Paula met when they were 16-years-old and got married in 2005.

#RobinThicke Ticketed By Cops After Noise Complaints From Neighbors

Robin Thicke was reportedly ticketed for blasting music at his home in the Hollywood Hills on Labor Day. According to TMZ, cops went to Robin's crib after his neighbors complained about loud music in the earlier hours of Tuesday morning.

Robin appeared to be drunk and had "total disregard" for the cops. He eventually turned down the volume but turned it up again when they left.

The cops then went back to his home and he apologized but they ticketed him. Apparently, it was the second time police went to his pad because of noise complaints, in the last week
