Charlie Sheen has kicked Denise Richards and their daughters Sam, 10 and Lola, eight, out of their home. The Anger Management star bought his ex-wife Richards a palatial home which she shared with their children and her daughter Eloise, two, in the Mulholland Estates where he lives but has now sold it out from under them to a friend of his after falling out with Denise. According to a source; 'Lawyers for Sheen have been working with Denise in vacating the premises. Charlie has wanted Denise out of the gated community where he also lives for months, and his porn star fiancĂ©e, Brett Rossi has been pushing for it too.' However, Denise is upset for many reasons, mainly because the home is located near Sam and Lola's school. The insider said: 'Sam and Lola’s school is currently less than a five minute drive from the house they are living in now.'
In March it was revealed Charlie is taking Denise to private mediation as he continues to try to get his $55,000 a month child support payment reduced. It was reported while the actor had previously hoped to plead his case in front of a judge in court, he will now have to settle for a retired judge. The insider explained that the Anger Management star's legal team has 'formally notified Denise and her lawyers that they will be headed to private mediation to try and get the child support reduced'. 'The mediation will be handled by a retired judge who has handled various issues for the former couple over the years since their divorce.'
Kicking Denise out is just the latest attempt by Charlie to try to minimise the support he provides, reportedly because his 43-year-old ex-wife is not allowing him to see his daughters. A source said 'Charlie hasn’t spent any time with the girls in several months and thinks it’s ridiculous that he continue to pay Denise $55,000.' However, while he is aiming to cut Denise off, the same cannot be said for his other ex-wife Brooke Mueller. The former Two And A Half Men star has volunteered to raise his recovering drug addict ex-wife's child support to $55,000.
The 48-year-old's offer means increasing his monthly payments from $20,000 for their five-year-old twins Bob and Max. The increase is reportedly because Brooke has been letting him see them more often. The 36-year-old lost custody of the twins when she was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold at the UCLA Medical Center last year, but she has since sought treatment for her drug dependency and is said to be on the road to recovery.
