Ray-J, was arrested at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel on Friday evening after a public disturbance turned physical.
According to reports, the singer had been drinking at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel when things turned nasty. He refused a private person's arrest and refused to leave the property at the request of hotel security.
The cops were called in and as officers tried to take him into custody he battered a policeman and kicked out the rear-view window of a patrol vehicle. Beverly Hills police said the singer spat in an officer's face.
Ray-J was booked for trespassing, vandalism on a police car, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer. His bail is set at $20,000.
