The Modern Family star blamed the notoriously up and down relationship's collapse on their inability to balance their professional and personal lives together.

Sofia wrote on her WhoSay profile: 

Sofia is currently the highest paid actor on television raking in $175,000 an episode but her numerous endorsement deals helped her earn an astounding $30 million last year.

Nick  comes from a well known investment family and runs a condiments company with a new worth reportedly over $15 million.
