According to TMZ, Chris Brown has been released from jail after serving 108 days! Brown was sentenced on May 9 to 131 days in jail but was released last night around midnight. He was originally sentenced to a year behind bars but got credit for the 116 days he spent in rehab and another 59 days behind bars.
Earlier this year, Brown was thrown back in jail when a judge ruled that he had violated his probation in the Rihanna case. He still has his D.C. assault trial looming which will begin in the next few months.
