Justin Bieber narrowly avoided a felony charge last week, after a woman accused him of trying to grab her phone during an argument at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park in mid-May.
In early January, Bieber's neighbor in Calabasas called the cops on Justin for egging his home and causing damages estimated at $20,000. According to TMZ, the District Attorney will file vandalism charges against Justin today (June 16) for the incident. However, it is unclear whether the star will be charged with misdemeanor or felony.
Will he get lucky twice in a row?
There is compelling evidence to prove Justin did commit the crime as the victim recorded the incident on video which was taken in as evidence.
