#DrDre's Hollywood Mansion On The Market For $35M

Dre dropped $40 million on Tom and Gisele’s 14,000 square-foot Brentwood mansion, originally listed for $50 million, earlier this month. 

The self-proclaimed “first billionaire in rap,” has put his Hollywood Hills home on the market for a tidy $35 million. He reportedly bought the property in 2011 for $15.4 million.

The 9,696-square-foot Oriole Way contemporary estate has six bedrooms, nine baths, a library/media room, a den and wine cellar. 

The property also has a guest house, swimming pool and a five-plus car garage, "the best view in the city" and a jetliner 300-degree vista with lights sparkling from downtown to the Pacific Ocean.”
