#JustinBieber Hotboxed His New Home In Beverly Hills

Earlier this month, #JustinBieber moved to Beverly Hills and rented a penthouse unit and the unit on the floor below but his neighbors are already pissed off at him.

A resident in the building told TMZ that Justin had a party Monday in the penthouse and the entire floor was hotboxed.

"The smell of marijuana was permeating the floor, especially my hallway which is shared by [Justin's] unit."

The neighbors have already contacted the Home Owners Association because of excessive noise during late night parties and the smell of marijuana. Also, the cops have been called twice.
