Justin Bieber has been charged with DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license.
Justin was initially arrested for drag racing and drunk in Miami Beach last January, but the charges were dropped as it was proved he has neither racing nor drunk. However, he did test positive for marijuana.
According to TMZ, Bieber will plead guilty to reckless driving and the other charges will be dismissed. The singer will pay a fine and attend anger management classes but will not be placed on probation. The deal will be entered in court the week after next.
