North West turned 1 on June 15 and Kardashian and Kanye West went all out to host a birthday party fit for princess for their little darling on June 21, which they themed "kidchella".
The invitation cards featured the desert-mountain backdrop of the Empire Polo Field in Indio where Coachella is thrown annually, and guests were encouraged to wear "festival inspired fashion."
The party, which was held in Kourtney Kardashian's Calabasas, Calif., home, featured a variety of activities for kids of all ages. There was face-painting and hair-braiding, ferris wheel, teepees guest had had the opportunity to adorn themselves with flower crowns and temporary tattoos.
Nori’s aunts all attended their niece's birthday bash. Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Khloe all shared photos of the event on social media but it was Khloe’s photo that drew some scolding comments from fans.

fern_monster had a one-word response to the photo: “Problematic.”
“Y’all need to chill out. Find something else better to do than criticize a celebrity. She’s not wearing it to offend any culture.” wrote maryybee.
Khloe’s is not the first celeb who has caused a lot of drama over her fashion choice. Pharrell recently garnered backlash for his Elle UK cover photo for its insensitivity to Native American culture.
