Socialite, Nicole Richie proves she's a dedicated mother. Spotted out in Los Angeles on Monday, the former Simple Life star lovingly cuddles her young son, Sparrow, who clearly enjoys her company.
Standing outside a local store, she looked particularly fragile and thin but happy. Little Sparrow, whose full name is Sparrow James Midnight Madden, looked cool in a white T-shirt with blue and white shorts.
The former Simple Life star recently spoke about how she relies on a health diet and a celebrity trainer,Tracy Anderson, to maintain her figure. 'She's wonderful. She's small like me and she knows my body type and is very on point with that whole world,' Nicole told The New York Times. 'As far as diet, we don't diet here. But I'm very conscious of what my family eats...But my whole thing is that you have to enjoy yourself, too. We eat healthy and clean, but of course there are times when you got to "wild out."
Nicole's new show #CandidlyNicole is set to air on VH1, premiering July 17.
