Nigella Lawson And Salman Rushdie's Cosy Date Night In Central London

Nigella Lawson, 54 and Salman Rushdie, 66, enjoyed a night out at Fischer’s restaurant in Marylebone, Central London.  

The pair, who are believed to have spent around two hours in the upmarket restaurant, have been friends for over 20 years and Salman had supported Nigella during her traumatic split from Charles Saatchi, 70, last year. A friend told the Daily Mirror: ‘Nigella and Salman have never been closer, they’re real soul mates.’

Nigella, 54, and Salman, 66, looked elegant for the occasion. A diner at the restaurant said: ‘They were laughing happily throughout the meal and seemed so content with one another. ‘Salman didn't seem to mind being spotted out with Nigella as they left. But she appeared much keener to hide the fact they’d been out again.’ Hmm, agreed. In the photos, Nigella's body language speaks volumes.
