Sandra Bullock‘s attorney is going to court today, June 9, to get a temporary restraining order against suspected burglar Joshua Corbett, who the star believes is a stalker after he broke onto her property on Sunday, while she and her young son Louis were there.
It was reported yesterday that a prowler subsequently identified as Corbett, 39, was taken into custody for breaking into Bullock‘s West L.A home early Sunday.
She's had scary run-ins with crazed fans in the past. Four years ago, she got a restraining order against one Thomas James Weldon, a man with a history of mental institution stints, after a series of disconcerting incidents stretching from 2003 to 2010.
