Fashion Police star, Kelly Osbourne is in trouble for letting her dog poop and pee all over her swanky condo.
Her ex-landlord, Arshia Refoua has filed a lawsuit against her claiming he rightfully kept her $18,700 deposit when she moved out in April 2013 as she left the condo littered with dog crap and pee, destroyed her hardwood floors, left several holes in the walls and caused extensive damage when she left the bathtub running which flooded her condo and the apartments below hers.
Kelly previously filed a suit to get back her deposit but Refoua has turned the tables on her by suing for damages of at least $50,000.
