Last week, Keyshia Cole's estranged hubby Daniel "Boobie" Gibson reportedly filed for divorce at L.A. County Superior Court after 3 years of marriage. Well, it turns out that he didn't file for divorce.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Gibson, who is an ex #NBA player, cited irreconcilable differences and listed himself as his own attorney, which was strange so TMZ called phone number listed in the docs and someone claiming to be Gibson picked up. On checking the address listed in the docs, they discovered its the address of a popular fast food chain …. El Pollo Loco
The real Gibson said he never even considered divorcing his wife Keyshia, stating "She would have to do it. I am a Christian. I believe in 'til death do us part."
Keyshia is still planning to through with the divorce and Gibson says he's going to press charges against the impostor.
What a bizarre story!
