Rihanna had denied claims that she supports the Palestinian Authority after "#FreePalestine'" was sent from her official account on July 15.
A source told TMZ that Rihanna had been reading about the Middle East conflict online when she clicked a link and didn’t realize she had tweeted until her fans started asking why she was pro-Palestine. Although the tweet was deleted 8 minutes later, it had already been hashtag and retweeted over 7,000 times.
But some have argued that her explanation was strange because a tweet can’t be sent by simply clicking a link without authorization from the sender. The message has to be typed or cut and pasted before clicking the tweet button.
Later that night RiRi posted the tweet below. Perhaps that's her way of making amends?
