Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello have gone public with their relationship. The #ModernFamily star celebrated her 42nd birthday on Thursday with the #TrueBlood hunk and her family at Nobu in Malibu.
Her niece #ClaudiaVergara shared some photos from their dinner, captioning a group shot that included Sofía cozying up to Joe:
