Solange Knowles, 28, dismissed her shocking attack on Jay Z, in the elevator of New York City's Standard Hotel, and referred to it as “that thing”.
The singer is on the cover of the August issue of Lucky magazine, where she finally talked about the incident…..briefly.
"What's important is that my family and I are all good," she said. "What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that.”
“That thing” was the incident where Solange punched, kicked, spat on her brother-in-law and had to be physically restrained by #Beyoncé's bodyguard.
Solange’s family issued a statement shortly after security footage of the beatdown emerged in May this year.
“We love each other and, above all, we are family. We’ve put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same,” the statement said
