A woman has filed a lawsuit against singer, Tim McGraw for slapping her during a concert, earlier this month.
Jesslyn Taylor’s personal injury lawyer, Eric Hertz told TMZ that his client was not trying to grab Tim's junk when he slapped her, she was just an enthusiastic fan who was part of the show's "interactive environment" and merely wanted a touch.
Hertz also said that Jesslyn is furious because Tim claimed she aggressively tried to rip his jeans and she was thrown out of the concert as a result. She feels humiliated and wants an apology.
Law enforcement officers previously told TMZ that Tim was the victim in the situation. Tim hasn’t commented on the lawsuit…yet.
