#ChrisBrown Rants On Twitter After Shooting At His Pre-VMA Party

After Suge Knight and two other people were shot at a pre-VMAs party hosted by Chris Brown in 1OAK, West Hollywood early Sunday morning, Chris took to Twitter to rant about society. He wrote:

Meanwhile, here are some pics of Chris, #JustinBieber and other celebs partying at a mansion in L.A earlier on Saturday. Suge Knight wasn't at the mansion and there is no evidence that Justin was at 1OAK when shots were fired later that night.
