Judge Throws Out Lawsuit Against #KanyeWest And #KimKardashian

Kim, Kanye and their daughter, #NorthWest were sued on July 15, by a woman named Tina Seals over the most bizarre reason ever.

RadarOnline got hold of the court documents in which Seals stated that she “associated with defendants (Kim and Kanye) regarding the birth of (North West)“ and that she filed the lawsuit in order “to formalize agreement” with the couple and be awarded a contract “for services rendered.”

Seal also states that she is willing to forgo a monetary settlement if Kanye agrees to a “record deal for my 22-year-old son.”

The docs didn’t reveal the services Seals claimed to have rendered but the case was thrown out by a judge on August 8. The judge said that the “factual contentions are clearly baseless” and that Seals’ allegations are “the product of delusion or fantasy.”
