Justin Bieber has reportedly struck a plea deal in his Miami Beach DUI case. In January, Justin was arrested for an illegal street race between his rented Lamborghini (which he was driving) and a Ferrari driven by R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff.
Justin will plead guilty to careless driving and resisting arrest without violence, instead of the original driving under the influence charge, according to the Miami Herald. Justin will attend a 12-hour anger management course and donate $50,000 to charity.
This is Justin's second plea deal so far. Earlier this year, he pled no contest to misdemeanor vandalism in the egging case and was placed on 2 years probation, 5 days labor, management classes and ordered to pay $80,900 to his neighbor.
