Pamela Anderson took to Facebook on August 21 to declare that she won’t take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge because the ALS Association uses animal testing as a part of its research.
Hundreds of celebs including former president George W. Bush have taken part in the challenge and had cold water dumped over the heads to raise money and awareness for motor neuron disease, or Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
So far they have raised over $15 million for the charity. Pamela explained further saying:
