Not again! Justin Bieber has been sued by a paparazzo named Aja Oxman for allegedly ordering his bodyguard to beat him up and destroy his equipment.
According to TMZ, Oxman’s lawyer Sark Ohanian filed the lawsuit claiming that the incident took place last year in Kauai. Oxman took photos of Justin jumping off a cliff at Shipwreck Beach, which angered Justin and he apparently ordered his hired muscles to "Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card."
The bodyguard then grabbed Oxman in choke hold and slammed him against the hood of a car while Justin "enjoyed the beating." They took his camera and memory card and Justin joined his bodyguards to destroy the equipment together.
