Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles on Sunday. According to E! News, she was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol at at approximately 3.am.
She was charged with a misdemeanor after cop “determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance” while driving. She was held on $15,000 bail but was released that same day.
Amanda, who is on three-year probation for her DUI arrest in 2012, will appear in court on October 23 for the misdemeanor. She has had legal and psychological issues in recent years and had a major meltdown in 2013. However, she was spotted looking happier and healthier earlier this year.
