Amber Rose is set to get richer by more than $1 million due to a prenup she signed with Wiz Khalifa a year ago. According to TMZ, Amber is keen to get the 8-page pre-nup enforced because she will receive a larger payout with it, rather than without.
However, the agreement may get complex because Amber now wants spousal support and the prenup states that she isn't entitled to that on top of the $1million. Although Amber tweeted yesterday that Wiz cheated on her and not the other way around, it won’t affect the agreement, because California is a no-fault state.
Also, the prenup does not mention custody of their son as it’s up to the judge to make that decision in the interests of the child. Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody.
