Update:
Shortly after Rihanna's tweet today (see below), CBS announced that her song has been permanently pulled from future "Thursday Night Football" intro. CBS Sports said in a statement:
“Beginning this Thursday, we will be moving in a different direction with some elements of our Thursday Night Football open. We will be using our newly created ‘Thursday Night Football’ theme music to open our game broadcast.”

Rihanna is mad at CBS for pulling her musical opening segment from "Thursday Night Football" last week and air it this week instead. She just blasted the Network via Twitter. She tweeted:
CBS scrapped her segment and replaced it with an a commentary update of Baltimore #Ravens player #RayRice‘s domestic violence scandal. As Rihanna is a victim of domestic violence herself, CBS didn’t think it was appropriate to feature her song.
