Cher, 68, has cancelled her shows set to take place this week in Albany, New York and Manchester, New Hampshire, due to illness. The singer was set to perform during the second leg of her “Dressed to Kill” tour but had to postpone the opening dates due an “acute viral infection”.
She was diagnosed with the infection by doctors in Los Angeles over the weekend and was ordered bed rest for several days. Dressed to Kill is her first tour since her 2005 tour and she has performed at 49 shows already. The current leg will now kick off on September 15 in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
The new dates are October 6 for the show in NY and 7th for New Hampshire. Fans can keep their tickets for the rescheduled dates or get a refund.
