The Iggy Azalea’s sex tape drama has gone from bad to worse. Last week, she denied being the woman in a sex tape obtained by a porn company called Vivid Entertainment. Then her legal team said it might be her in the tape but that she was underage when it was filmed, without her consent.
However, the man who Iggy was filming having sex with, Jeff Wine, came forward claiming that she was 18yrs old when they started dating and that she consented to making the tape. He also denied shopping the tape and claimed his computer was recently stolen.
Now, TMZ reports that Iggy legal team is threatening to sue the porn company if the video is released using her name because “Iggy” is trademarked, which would make it illegal for anyone to market any product using the name.
