Lana Del Rey has cancelled all her upcoming appearances in Europe due to illness. She was set to appear at the BBC Radio 1′s Live Lounge today, Sep. 16, and also perform at two appearances at Virgin Radio in Paris but was forced to cancel. Lana‘s rep told MTV UK:
“For medical reasons independent of our will, the artist has been forced to cancel all promotional activities planned in Europe over the coming days.”
However, Virgin Radio was not impressed and released a statement saying it “disapproves of this total lack of respect for the fans and is removing Lana Del Rey from its playlist.”
