This shocking clip was shared via Instagram and it shows a 9-year-old kid slapping the living daylight out of his mother after finding her high on heroine on the street. You can hear the fear and frustration in his voice as he desperately calls out to his mum who simply stares blankly at him. It’s so sad and heart-breaking.
