Kim Zolciak shared some pics via Facebook on Saturday and slammed fans who criticized her for resorting to plastic surgery after the birth of her twins earlier this year. The reality star shared before and after pics of herself in a tank top and matching yoga pants and wrote:
“Just so you guys are aware of how fabulous I was before my tummy tuck! This picture on the left was taken a few months after I had the twins and before surgery! A plastic surgeon is NOT the cure all!”
“I had a hernia I needed repaired as well as my muscles so don't get it twisted for you lazy asses that sit on the couch And think I look this good from a surgeon you are now set straight! enjoy!! Take a look at the placement of my Belly button before and after! I gotta give it to @drhochstein he gave me a cute belly button.”
Later same day, Kim shared a couple more pics of herself working out at the gym alongside a message, which reads:
“This is really happening on a Saturday at 5pm! Kj and I In our gym busting it out! I'm so excited to be doing ab work! After my workout I'll be drinking my favorite Vanilla @310nutrition <--- no they didn't ask me to IG that for all you peeps that think otherwise! #310shake #ifeelgreat #6kids #4in2nhalfyrs #blessed”
