Lil Kim is facing a lawsuit for skipping a scheduled meet-and-greet at gay nightclub in Florid before her performance at the club’s fifth anniversary on Saturday.

The rapper was paid $23,000 to mingle with 100 fans, who spent $75 to $100 to meet her at The Manor nightclub in Fort Lauderdale but she showed up late, missed the meet-and-greet, and the club was forced it to issue refunds.

The club took to Facebook on Sunday to apologize to its customers in statement, which reads:

“The Manor’s Owners and Staff would like to thank our customers and supporters for joining us to celebrate our fifth anniversary last night. Unfortunately due to acts beyond our control the ‘Meet & Greet’ never happened.”

“Due to upcoming litigation, per our attorneys, we are unable to get into further details about last night’s events. The contract is posted for our customers to come to their own conclusions. Everyone who purchased tickets for the ‘Meet & Greet’ has been FULLY Refunded for their troubles. Thank you for your loyal support.”

However, Lil Kim claimed she wasn't aware of the scheduled pre-show meeting. She tweeted:

The Manor fired back by posting a copy of the rapper’s contract on its Facebook page. The document signed and dated in August showed that Lil' Kim had agreed to the terms of the contract.
