Twitter users have accused R&B singer Akon of going to extreme lengths to avoid contracting Ebola during a concert in Africa.
The entertainer performed inside a giant airtight plastic bubble during a performance in Goma, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, on Sunday. He crowd-surfed while inside the bubble and was pushed along by the outstretched hands of 60,000 screaming concert-goers.
However, some fans argued that Akon wasn't protecting himself from the deadly disease as he has used the giant bubble at a number of concerts, including 2010 gigs in Australia and Dubai, four years and thousands of miles away from the 2014 Ebola outbreak.
