Another #BillCosby Accuser Goes Public After His Nephew Said Rape Claims Are ‘Unjustified’

Another woman named Donna Motsinger has accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault in a new interview with Page Six on Wednesday (Nov. 26).

Donna, 73, said the comedian drugged and raped her in 1971 when she worked as a waitress at a jazz club in Sausalito, California. She explained why she came forward, saying:

"I feel guilty not telling my story. I'm a coward over here. Those women are brave. It's the least I can do. I want to tell people so [the victims] can't be bullied, so they can't be discredited."

Meanwhile Bill’s nephew has spoken out on behalf of his uncle. Speaking to FarrahGray.com, Braxton Cosby said:

"I believe he is innocent and unless the judicial system can prove otherwise, I stand behind him and his contributions."

When asked if his uncle was the victim of a "media lynching," Braxton said:

"I wouldn't go as far as correlating it with the word 'lynching,' as that would imply some sort type of death being associated with the attack. In this case, my uncle and his legacy are still more alive and well than ever before. He is still performing and going about normal business despite the unjustified claims. I would be more inclined to compare it to the passage in the Bible where the people of the village were about to stone the woman caught in adultery and Jesus challenged them by saying that the person who is without sin should cast the first stone."

"The one difference in this case being that the woman was caught in the act and her accusers brought her forward. I want to remind everyone that we live in the greatest country in the entire world, one that prides itself on the moral law that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. That's where we stand at this time with the allegations brought against my uncle."

Earlier this week, Bill was accused of leaking a story about his 23-year-old daughter Erinn's battle with drink and drugs, in an effort to kill a story about him “swinging with Sammy Davis Jr and some showgirls in Las Vegas”.

According to Page Six, the National Enquirer approached Bill 25 years ago asking for a comment about claims surrounding him and #SammyDavisJr. Bill refused to respond but instead, he told the newspaper about his daughter's drug and alcohol abuse and was then quoted in the story saying: “Deep down inside, she knows we love her”.
