Bill Cosby made his first public appearance since several woman accused him of drugging and raping then earlier this month.Although many of the allegations date back several decades, they have received renewed attention in recent weeks.

The 77-year-old actor-comedian performed at a benefit event for a women's service organization in the Bahamas on Thursday and got a rapturous applause and standing ovation after his performance

Meanwhile former model/actress #AngelaLeslie became the latest woman to come forward and accuse Bill of sexual assault in 1992. She claimed the comedian sent his driver to pick her up and took her into a luxury suite in a hotel in Las Vegas. At first, she thought she would have a meeting with Bill to discuss her acting. But when she met Bill, he asked her to act as if she was intoxicated and later he poured a drink to her.

"I couldn't drink it," Angela recalled, "I tasted it and put it down. Then he asked me to go into the bathroom and wet my hair."

When she got back, Bill was already on his bed with his clothes off. He allegedly began rubbing against her before pouring a lotion into her hands and put them on his penis and "he did the masturbation movements with his hand top of mine."

Angela said Bill quickly got tired of her. "I didn't drink the alcohol, and maybe since I didn't pass out, he decided to get rid of me," she said. Angela added that she spent the rest of her stay in Las Vegas alone.

On Thursday Tom Werner and Marcy Carsey, the producers of “The Cosby Show”, said in a statement:

“The Bill we know was a brilliant and wonderful collaborator on a show that changed the landscape of television. These recent news reports are beyond our knowledge or comprehension.”

TVLand has pulled “The Cosby Show” from its lineup indefinitely, effective immediately. That includes the cancellation of a planned Thanksgiving marathon of “The Cosby Show”.

NBC has also scrapped a comedy series it was developing with the star and Werner, and Netflix has postponed the launch of his “Bill Cosby 77″ special.

In a statement released on Thursday night, Bill's attorney #MartySinger hit back at several of the women who have most recently accused the star of sexual assault, calling the claims “utter nonsense.”
