Khloe Kardashian sparked outrage among her fans after she posted a joke about the KKK (Ku Klux Klan) and her sisters on Tuesday. The KKK is the white supremacist group that played a violent role against African Americans throughout history.
She posted this meme (above) on Instagram of herself, #KimKardashian and #KourtneyKardashian with the words “The only KKK to ever let black men in” written across the photo, which she captioned “True.”
Some fans found it funny but others found it very racist and called her out on it. One user wrote:
"Some people don't have any type of brains...I love the Kardashians but this is just distasteful."
Another wrote:
"This isn't funny at all. Why make jokes about a group that terrorised and still terroises my people. You're a clown for this. Very disrespectful and disgusting for this. A joke."
Khloe deleted the meme after it racked up over 400,000 likes and 26,000 comments in two hours. Scott Disick then reposted the meme along with caption, "And a Jew," referring to his relationship with Kourtney.
