Kim Kardashian was accused of misunderstanding the midterm elections, after she shared a cartoon pic on Monday of herself and Present Obama, along with a message supporting him, despite the fact that he’s not on the ballot for Tuesday's midterms.
Fans immediate posted comments and mocked Kim’s post, with some Twitter users calling her an “airhead,” a ”moron” and a “useless bimbo” because they assumed Kim was encouraging fans to vote for the President. However, others pointed out that maybe Kim's tweet meant she was “standing” with Obama in voting along the Democratic party lines.
Either way, Kim ignored the critics. She took to Twitter again on Tuesday to remind fans to vote. She tweeted: “Today is the day! Go out and vote.”
#KanyeWest also tweeted his support for Obama, which was surprising because in 2013, the rapper slammed Obama for criticizing him and Kim and calling them “bad influences”. Obama also made another famous dig at Kanye back in 2009, after he called him a ”'jackass” for interrupting #TaylorSwift's acceptance speech at the#VMAs. I guess the Kanye West-President Obama feud over.
