It looks like Tara Reid had too much fun on Halloween. The actress took a tumble while exiting Treats magazine’s Halloween party in downtown Los Angeles on Friday. She was dressed a flapper girl but her sky-high platform heels failed as she tried to step off a curb on her way to a waiting car.
