Benedict Cumberbatch was honored with the Variety Award at the British Independent Film Awards in central London on Sunday. Speaking to The Sun, the actor, who was joined at the event by his fiancé Sophie Hunter said:
“I've had the most important news of my life. That's also sort of private, I don't want to talk about that too much. But my engagement to the woman I love is obviously the most important thing of 2014 for me.”
