Teresa Giudice filed a $5 million lawsuit on Wednesday against her former bankruptcy attorney James Kridel for messing up her 2010 bankruptcy case.
According to court docs, Teresa claims Kridel failed to prepare her and her husband #JoeGiudice for a hearing with the federal Bankruptcy Court trustee and creditors, whom they owed millions.
The couple was accused of committing bankruptcy and mortgage fraud for hiding assets in the bankruptcy proceeding. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in jail, while Joe got 41 months.
